Introduction & Call to Action
I’m Abdur Abdul-Malik, a certified residential appraiser living and working in Portland, Oregon.
Every day I drive past beautiful public buildings, iconic landmarks, neighborhood murals, and rural vistas that define our real estate market—yet most of them have no high-quality, freely reusable photos online.
I believe in giving back to the Portland and greater Portland region community, so I’m changing that one photo at a time.
Every image on this page is my own work and is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 (CC BY-SA 4.0). That means you’re free to use them for blog posts, listings, articles, school projects, or any commercial purpose—just give credit and share alike.

Click on the Wikimedia Gallery link below for a more extensive collection of images. The Wikimedia gallery will include the same images as Flickr as well as more niche uploads (like street signs) or multiple angles of a particular subject. (Wikimedia is more exhaustive.)
Enjoy, share, and consider contributing your own photos freely to Wikimedia Commons. Let’s keep Portland’s visual story alive together!
